| Journey | Useful when | Confirm first |
|---|---|---|
| Shared seat | The stated stop and departure fit your plans. | Seat confirmation, bags, final walk, waiting and the remedy if a conditional departure does not run. |
| Private transfer or taxi-like pickup | Your party needs an agreed address and pickup arrangement. | A committed operator, suitable vehicle, full vehicle total, included waiting and change terms. |
| Van or minivan | Your party or equipment needs more room. | The actual configuration of passenger places, restraints, luggage and boarding access. |
These are service descriptions, not an available fleet or live inventory. A request for a class does not confirm that a vehicle is available.
Count bags separately from people.
Count large cases and hand luggage, then mention a pushchair, skis, sports bags or mobility equipment. For a large item, include its dimensions and whether it folds. Your airline’s bag allowance does not tell you what will fit in a car or van.
A vehicle with more seats may have less room for bags. Tell the operator about your whole party, child seats and equipment so they can check the layout before you agree.
Every child and baby needs a place.
Include children and babies in the passenger count. Tell the operator the practical details needed to choose a suitable restraint, such as age and size, and ask for explicit confirmation. Counting a child in the form does not book a child seat.
If you bring your own restraint, say so and confirm that it can be fitted in the proposed vehicle. Leave passport details and unnecessary personal documents out of the request.
Explain what makes boarding workable.
Say whether a wheelchair folds, whether you can transfer to a vehicle seat, or whether you need to remain in the wheelchair. Describe equipment dimensions and the practical help you need. The provider must confirm a suitable vehicle and boarding arrangement; this website does not promise an accessible fleet.
Vehicle access and accommodation access are separate questions. Mention steps, a steep approach or a final walk. Terminal and aircraft assistance must be arranged separately with the airline or airport. There is no need to send a diagnosis or medical record.
