Planning a transfer from Sarajevo, Mostar, Tuzla or Banja Luka Airport? A hotel name alone may not identify the right entrance, so include the town and address as well. If you are travelling on by bus, give the station and departure time from your ticket. You can ask about an arrival transfer and a separate return in one email; each journey needs its own date, direction and timing.
