Start with the journey you actually need.
Choose the airport on your flight. Add the destination town and full address, including the entrance a vehicle can reach. A landmark helps describe an area, but it does not replace an entrance or meeting point.
For an arrival, use the local date and time the flight lands. For a journey to the airport, use the local date and time you want to reach the terminal. The road pickup is agreed separately and can fall on the previous evening. All times are local to Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Count every adult, child and baby, then bags and equipment separately. Include an optional return with an arrival request, or ask about another journey separately. A request does not hold a seat, reserve a vehicle or take a payment.
Check your quote
The quote should name the transport provider, route, vehicle or service, passenger and luggage allowance, and full price. It should explain waiting, parking, tolls, night supplements and extra stops, including anything charged separately.
For a private ride, the operator must commit a suitable vehicle. For a shared seat, establish the departure time and stop. If departure depends on minimum demand, ask for the decision deadline and what happens if it does not run: an agreed alternative or refund remedy.
Read cancellation, change, missed-flight and no-show conditions before accepting. This website has no published fares or online payment checkout. Agree any payment arrangements with the named provider as part of the actual quote.
Keep the meeting instructions with you.
Before you travel, save your written confirmation, meeting location, contact number, waiting allowance and instructions for any change of plan. An airport postal address, flight timetable or taxi-rank sign is not a private transfer confirmation.
For accommodation, ask your host about vehicle access and any final walk or steps. For an onward bus, use the station and departure on your ticket and allow for baggage collection, road travel and boarding. A transfer does not guarantee a connection unless the provider expressly accepts that condition.

If plans change.
What if the flight is delayed, diverted or cancelled?
Use the provider’s agreed contact channel. A shared departure may not move with your flight, and a cancellation or diversion does not automatically change or refund a road transfer. Follow the waiting, later-ride, rescue and refund conditions in your agreement. This website provides no live flight monitoring.
Can I ask about a destination across the border?
Include the country, full address and travel date for assessment. Availability is not confirmed by a request. The operator must verify route permissions, insurance and border arrangements, then confirm the full price and terms before you rely on the journey.
What should I do if I cannot find the driver?
Check the exact meeting instructions and use the contact attached to your confirmation. Tell the provider where you are and retain the reply. Do not assume that an unannounced move to another exit extends the waiting allowance.
