What the request form uses.

To send a journey enquiry, email info@airporttransfers.ba. The website form is not currently accepting submissions.

The form asks for the airport, direction, address, local travel timing, an optional flight number and return, passenger and bag counts, and practical equipment or boarding needs. It requires a reply email; a first name and telephone number are optional.

When a form request is accepted, those details are saved in a private website queue and an email notification is attempted to info@airporttransfers.ba. Authorised WordPress administrators can review that queue. A notification accepted by the mail system is not proof of inbox delivery.

The form does not take payments, collect passport or card information, create an account, or automatically forward a request to transport operators or related portfolio businesses. Do not include diagnoses, medical records or unnecessary personal documents. The details are used to assess and answer the enquiry, not for marketing by this form.

The form cookie and website visits.

Opening an available online request form sets an essential secure session cookie, atb_enquiry_session, for up to one day. It connects the signed form to the browser for request protection and safe retries. It is not an advertising identifier. Short-lived request-limit records use keyed hashes rather than storing the visitor’s raw IP address in the enquiry tables.

These pages load their images and type locally and include no analytics, advertising or embedded social-media scripts. Hosting and email systems can keep their own access, security and delivery records. The website queue’s deletion process does not delete those separate records.

Request records and follow-up.

Website request records are scheduled for deletion once they are 14 days old. Cleanup runs through WordPress background processing, so removal occurs on a subsequent successful scheduled run. Email correspondence and hosting backups are separate from that queue and are not removed by its cleanup.

If you email directly, your message is handled through the mailbox rather than the website request queue. Ask info@airporttransfers.ba about information in an email conversation, any needed correction or a deletion request. Information may need to be retained where an applicable legal obligation or unresolved matter requires it; no blanket legal entitlement or exemption is asserted here.

You may be asked to verify that a request is yours before information is disclosed, corrected or removed. No request details are published in an airport guide or included in a public sitemap.
